Heavenly Father,
I come to You just as I am. I acknowledge that I am a sinner and I need Your forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ died on the cross for my sins and rose again. I confess with my mouth that Jesus is Lord. I invite You, Lord Jesus, to come into my heart and be my Lord and Savior.
I repent of all my sins and turn away from my old ways. I ask You to forgive me, cleanse me, and make me new. I am ready to follow You for the rest of my life.
